What Pilates is and its role in rehabilitation?
By evaluating a patient's state, strength, targets and range of motion Silvia's training approach can be designed to facilitate the injury rehabilitation of your muscles. One-to-one Pilates is an adaptive physical system because it is personally flexible to the patient's movement goals and tolerances.

This treatment is specific to you if you want support in managing stress levels, improving blood flow, naturally reducing swelling, decreasing headaches/migraines, and boosting your immune system.
Youth Massage
Age 15 and Under
Children's massage can reduce anxiety, depression and Chronic pain. Massage can decrease stress and stress hormone levels in children and adults the same way. If this is your first appointment it is recommended for youth under 10 a 30 minute introduction to massage. Your first appointment is 45 minute.
Youth under the age of 16 must be attended by parent and is required to stay in the clinic during massage session
TMJ Dysfunction (NEW)
Silvia will start by releasing the muscles in the upper back and shoulders with heat and cupping. She will also work through your collar bone, chest, and neck to help relax all of the areas surrounding and connected to the temporomandibular joint.
There are two main methods to a TMJ massage, the first being extra-orally, or outside of the mouth. When working outside, Silvia will focus on your chewing muscles around the face.
The second method is intra-orally, or in the mouth. Prior to beginning intra-oral massage, Silvia will put on a pair of gloves.
Treatments are usually weekly for 4 weeks then regular maintenance.
